About Eastman Heating & Cooling

Two brothers — Cory and Austin Eastman — founded Eastman Heating in 1922. The business later sold to Cory’s son, Norman, who built Eastman Heating’s Creekside location at 111 Fiske Street in 1946, and re-named the business Eastman Metalworks.

New owners Stan Olafson and George Smith bought the business from Norman in 1963 and updated the name to Eastman Heating & Cooling. Then in 1998, Kory MacGregor added Eastman to the Roth Heating and Cooling family of companies.

Today, Eastman Heating & Cooling is a full service heating and ac company with a strong tradition of service to the community. Actively involved in community projects, they donate to Project Graduation, The Tree of Giving, Silverton High School Athletic Department, Habitat for Humanity and The Roth Scholarship fund. They are also active members of the Silverton Chamber of Commerce.
