Silver Falls Bank is a local Bank based in Salem-Keizer. We own two office buildings in town which are both older buildings; one on Main Street and one on Oak Street. Eastman Heating maintains heating and cooling systems in both buildings.
The Oak Street building was an extensive remodel, as the building interior was gutted. The building was remodeled into three separate office suites each needing their own heating and cooling. Eastman designed the heating system to be highly efficient and to have individualized zoning within each office suite.
We feel their efforts have provided comfort for the people who work there and cost savings for our long term investment. I have been doing business both personally and professionally with Eastman Heating since 2000. Business wise I have contracted with Eastman approximately 50 times and have never been disappointed with their commitment to solving problems in a timely and economically feasible manner while making sure that the customer is always 100% informed of cost and product selection. Personally, I have used Eastman Heating to replace fumace/ac systems in two of our homes as well as annual servicing to our systems.
I have to admit that I have dealt with many contractors in regards to our own home remodel, as well as with my real estate business, and I now hold all contractors to the standard that Lyle Haworth at Eastman Heating has proven to me is achievable if desired.
